Buyers can use it to research neighborhoods, compare properties, understand terminology, analyze numbers and walk into the process much better informed. But finding a house online was never the hardest part of buying real estate. The hard part starts when something goes wrong. That’s when you need someone who can negotiate, read the situation, coordinate the lender and attorneys, deal with the other side, solve problems and figure out what to do when the transaction stops following the script.
